I am trying to use the Exchange 2003 Migration Wizard to move all the mailboxes from our Exchange 2000 to the new Exchange 2003, but so far nothing is happening after I have completed the wizard.

I have started by moving a tiny mailbox using the wizard, but after 2 hours the dialog box is still saying opening mailbox and the progress is 0%.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

All sorted, I rebooted both Servers and the Mailboxes were moved successfully

Steve:

Make sure you have DNS configured correctly on both of your Exchange servers. Ideally both servers should be pointing to the same DNS server for primary and secondary.
