I'm still trying to understand the policys and how they are working with our phones.  If we have a policy set and the calendar and email days are set to all.  If I change that policy to something else like 3 days, it breaks all handhelds with that policy.  Meaning everyone with a phone on that policy quits working.  If I change it back to all... they will work if they manually re-sync?

1.  With that in mind... I need to change the attachment download size from 32kb to 256kb.  Will this again break my devices or should the handhelds update themselves of the policy change?

2.  From reading previous posts... if I try to change policys for someone, in order for that to work... I have to perform a hard reset on the device and start over?  I have 200 people in my org... that would not be advisable!

I'm searching for my best possible solutions here.  Thanks for the help!

I have tested and corrected.  Changing the size doesn't break anything and actually updates to the phones as it is supposed to.
