Hi, trying to migrate a company from Windows Server 2003 > Windows Server 2007

Producion environment:
DC01, win2003 - hosts AD, DNS, GC, DHCP
EX2003, win2003 - hosts exchange
EX2007, win2003 - hosts Hub/Cas/Mailbox

When trying to move-mailbox i get an error so trying to list mailboxes on the EX2003 server by the cmdlet on EX2007 (powershell):
$c = get-credential

and i specify the credential

Next cmdlet is to list current mailboxes on the EX2003 server:

get-mailbox -credential $c -domaincontroller ex2003

Then i get the error that says that no Active Directory server is available?

I can ping the servernames,
I can telnet DC01 on port 389 LDAP (i guess powershell uses this port)
I can telnet EX2003 on port 25
No packets are dropped in the firewall monitoring utilities.

When i try this in a virtual environment i use:
SRV01, win2003 - host AD, GC, DNS, exchange (Exchange Server 2003)
SRV02, win2003 - host AD, GC, DNS, Hub/Cas/Mailbox (Exchange Server 2007)
In this environment i can list the mailboxes!

Is this becouse it hosts AD and exchange on the same server?

What could be the problem, need help!!!
