We need to move an Exchange FE server to new hardware. This server is also the CA. It is understood that the server needs to be the same name when moving the CA. Just wanted to check on the steps required to perform this move. So far the plan is as follows:

1. Backup CA and reg entries.
2. Uninstall Certificate Services
3. Uninstall Exchange
4. Remove old sserver
5. Rename new server to old server name
6. Install Exchange as FE
7. Install Certificate Services
8. Restore CA
9. Configure SSL / Forms based Authentication

Are these the correct steps / order?

Many thanks in advance for any input.
