Hi all,

I'm going to add new Exch2k in our org. Current Exch2k have only 25GB disk space and this disk is nearly full. We cant extend or add new drive so that we decided to use new server and migrate all mailbox and public folder to new server. I have 3 question to ask. Questions as follow:

1. How do I move the public folder to new server? This is needed since current server will be remove.

2. We have set policy for our Exch. Will this policy applied and remain in new Exch after current Exch removed ?

3. MAPI and POP3 client will automatically use new Exch server? MAPI i know will do but how about POP3? is that enough just to make changes to DNS?

Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it. I plan to install new Exch server tomorrow and straight away move the mailbox. Hopefully I dont stuck on Public Folder. Thanks again!
