While trying to move users between different information stores , th eprocess fails with the following error "taken from the XML error report"

"The information store could not be opened. The MAPI provider failed"

All systems are running Windows server 2003 and Exchange server 2003 with latest updates

No migration has been done from any previous Exchange version

I have already ran the Rebuild RUS task

Status: offline 		Hiya chap, the Application Event Log should also contain some further information about the error - could you post that as well?

Status: offline 		Actually I can move some accounts but I can't move others "including my own account"!

The even log basically points to the same error posted earlier
