I have a pair of Exchange 2000 Cluster (W2k SP4 & Exchange 2k SP3) and I setup a pair of Exchange 2003 Cluster (W2k3 & Exchange 2k3 sp1). When I create a new user in exchange 2000 mailbox, i have no problem in moving to Exchange 2003. But when I move old mailboxes to the new exchange 2003 server, I receive the following error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store
Event Category: General
Event ID: 1205
Date: 5/6/2005
Time: 1:29:54 AM
User: N/A
Computer: CETO
Description:
Failed to create the mailbox of /o=MB/ou=MB Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=allen with error 0x4e3.

Status: offline 		Try removing the Exchange System Attributes off the User then reconnect the mailbox and see if it moves then?
