So we're moving one of our two Exchange 2010 servers to a new physical location, and it will be on a new subnet, new IP address, etc. It will still be part of the same domain, and a domain controller is going with it.

Is the easiest way to do this, move all active databases to the other server and then remove the non-active server from the DAG before physically relocating it? And then once its been moved, add it back to the DAG with it's new IP address and subnet, then move the databases back over?

I think this sounds right in theory, just wanted to check to make sure before I do it.
