Running Exchange 5.5. Hosting one domain and going thru Domain name change. How do I convert this on my exchange server?

Well, if you want to change the org name or site names, or the windows NT domain name (I assume you are on NT4), then you are in for hurt. Check microsoft.com KB and TechNet articles for help with that. But, if you are talking about just changing the SMTP domain name you receive email from, then that's not a big deal at all... just go into exchange admin, internet mail connector, routing tab, and add/modify domains accepted as inbound. You will have to restart IMS in services to make changes take effect, but then you can add that domain name to user's SMTP email:
USER@firstdomain.com USER@newdomain.com
That way they will receive email from old domain and new domain.
