Good Evening Forum
This is my first post here. I am facing some mail flow issues. We collocate customer exchange servers at our data center. Everything has been fine until recently where 2 of our customers are having issues sending mail to one another. I think have narrowed down my troubleshooting to a routing issue. Since the servers are trying to send mail to another server behind the same firewall (in other words going out to come back in) the traffic is failing.
Our setup is as follows:
Versions of Exchange - 2010 & 2013
Firewall - Watchguard x1250e

We manage the clients servers so no one ever really logs into the servers or into our network.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I AM STUMPED

If i lack on my detail please let me know. As mentioned this is my first post.
