Hi there,
I have a couple of different email addresses I want to migrate to my exchange server. I use a connector to suck my pop email to exchange server. I assume I can create multiple SMTP addresses in my user's "emails" tab in properties window.

However, I was wondering if I could chose which email address to use, when I start a new mail message? I need to send different people emails from my different accounts (personal and work related stuff).

There is nothing built in to Exchange or Outlook to do what you want. You need to use a 3rd-party product to allow the selection of a mailbox alias as the sending address. Without it, the messages will always go out with the default SMTP address.
