Hi Guys,

just trying to get external NDR's to forward to my postmaster MBX but im having no luck.

i've used the following article
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb400930.aspx

i've created a MBX postmaster@mydomain.com
ive done the Set-TransportServer hub1 -ExternalPostmasterAddress postmaster@mydomain.com
i've used the Exchange Management Console on a Hub Transport server to configure the monitored DSN codes and added 5.1.1.
sent an email from my gmail account to g@mydomain.com (which doesnt exist) to generate the 5.1.1 NDR which i can see in message tracking but im still not getting anything in the postmaster MBX.

any ideas guys.

thanks

Will

Will,

But does the gmail account will get a NDR ? I am not sure if it can be the issue but did you enable the anti spam agent which checks if a user does exist or not ? If so try to disable it and test it again.

Hi,

Try to restart the Microsoft Transport Service and have a look if that fixes the issue.
