I am upgrading to exchange 2007 from exchange 2003.

I am first updating my domain I have server 2000 domain controllers

When I do domain prep it tells me I must be in native mode.

I did have an exchange 5.5 server years ago and it is long gone now, it was not decommissioned.

What trouble can I run into on my exchange 2003 server by setting the domain to native mode?

What others question should I ask before I do this?

Thanks

There won't be any issue on Exchange 2003. So just relax and raise the domain functional level.

Cheers,
