Hi, i am totaly new to exchange/active directory etc, so im really struggling on how to connect to an exchange 2003 server in code ( be it vb, c# or whatever).

I have installed CDOEXM via the toolkit, so i believe i have all the relevant components to do the job, but cant find out where to get started.

I basically want to be able to search exchange for all emails older than a specified amount of days and then archive them into our software.

Im presuming that i need to open a datasource off the main exchange object, but it keeps failing. I am not on the exchange box either. Any help would be appreciated.
