I need help to fix the exchange 2000 problem. My exchange server was crashed and I can't mount the storage folder and mailbox. I have the following error in the event log. Thanks

"The MAPI call 'OpenMsgStore' failed with the
following error:
The Microsoft Exchange Server computer is not
available. Either there are network problems or the
Microsoft Exchange Server computer is down for
maintenance.
The MAPI provider failed.
