New Accepted Domain - Unable to Relay - 17.Dec.2013 6:55:42 PM

Hello,

We are on Exchange 2007. There is no edge transport server. The server is behind a Sonicwall firewall and then a Sonicwall anti-spam device. So mail traffic comes into the firewall, gets routed to the anti-spam device, which routes it to the Exchange server. The default receive connector is configured to receive email from the anti-spam device.

We have two domains on our server that are receiving emails just fine. I had to add a third new accepted domain. I added it just like the previous two, and added a new email address policy for it. MX records are correct. But when I test sending to the new address, I get the "Unable to Relay" bounce backs.

I've tried everything I could find on the subject to no avail. I've been working on this for two days now...I only have a small amount of hair left.

Does anybody have any insight at all?

I forgot to mention in the first posting that email sent internally is received just fine.

Thanks in advance.
