If you are running multiple outgoing email addresses, you might be interested to try out Outlook Split Personality (http://splitpersonality.techsol.org). This AddIn makes it really easy to handle sending email with different FROM, REPLYTO and SIGNATURES which can be chosen at the time of sending rather than through Email Accounts.
