Hi Guys

We have a need to create a new slave mailbox copy for specific mailboxes in exchange 2013.
This copy will never be used as a master but will receive all updates that the
master and other slaves receive.
Does anyone know if this is possible and how to go about achieving it?

What you can do is configure a new database copy and the initial seed will have the master copied over to it and synchronized there-on. You can then configure activation blocking on the database so that it will be prevented from being activated during a database or server failure.
