Hello,

I have the strangest problem ever with my Win2K / Exchange 2000 server. Whenever user Y makes an appointment in public folder X, that appointment shows up in Outlook with the current date / time of when the appointment was created, regardless of what date / time was defined. In other words, if the current date / time is January 1st, 2006, 6:30pm and user Y makes an appointment for Saturday, January 20th, 2006 at 8:00am, the appointment will show up in Outlook as January 1st, 2006, 6:30pm, however if you open it, the correct start / end times are defined, just in the Outlook view, it's for the current date / time. I hope this makes sense :)

Now, another user in the same public folder, will see that same appointment just fine. Meaning that user Y is the only user that suffers from this problem. Also, user Y can make appointments in other public folders and they show up fine for everyone including user Y, so this problem is exclusive to folder X.

If anyone has any ideas or needs further clarification, I'm happy to oblige. Any help is welcome.

Phil.
