Hello Guys, I just did a laboratory testing of an in-place upgrade from NT4.0 to Active Directory and standard migration of Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. After carefully following the documents from Microsoft, all is working well. My Exchange environment is already in native mode. The only problem is that when I open the properties of mail-enabled users in the "Active Directory Users and Computers" in a domain controller, there are no "Exchange Tasks". But in exchange 2003 server's "Active directory Users and Computers" I can see the "Exchange Tasks" in user properties. Does anyone here know the reason for this and how I will be able to see these tasks in AD? One more thing, during the standard migration, when should I install the service pack 2 for Exchange 2003?

If you haven't install the service pack now, then you should do. I do not do anything in a migration until the server has been fully patched. That means service packs for both Exchange and Windows and all of the post service pack updates for both products - there have been a few with Exchange 2003. Your question is very common. The Exchange tabs are only available on machines with the Exchange management tools installed. Therefore you will have to either install the Exchange management tools on your domain controllers or do the user work on the Exchange server. Simon.
