I am trying to send to a particular email from the company Exch2K server. That email's DNS information is in my DNS records. But whenever anyone in my domain tries to email to a person at that Exch5.5 domain, it will not send. WIN2K Exchange Server Manager will show the queue under the SMTP Queues. If I look at the properties of this queue, the status window states: "The connection was dropped by the remote host". They never recieve any queues from my exchange server. They had switched HOSTS 5 months ago, and the DNS record is correct. I can email to thier accounts using Hotmail. I tried to FORCE CONNECTION and that would not work. I cannot find any other information to tell me why? Are there any ideas on what to look for?
