OAB Problem [Could not connect to public folder server.]

Hi
From Few Days I have a new problem that is :
My network contain about 5 Brunches each one in a remote location and they are linked by a wan
the problem that happend that suddenly each user in a brunch can not send any Email to any user in the other brunch but they can send to users in the same location.
after checking the system '
I notice that there is a problem in the servers time
I fix this problem and now everything is up and running fine .. but when ever users send or Press the Send\Receive an error is detailed in the conflict folder that have

What can couse this
note that everything is fine.. but why is this error happening

Hi there, users settings on cached mode? I had several of issues with that. after I turned it on.. the sync issue disaperad.

I have the cached mode and I can not disable it

This problem happend whether I enable the cash mode or disable it

Such an issue can occur only when OL would be using Cache mode. Under such scenario OL would download OAB when you click send / receive.

I would check for events with regards MSExchangeAL on your Exchange Server. try rebuilding OAB in ESM and check for events starting with 9106 (states starting of OAB generation) 9107 (states end of OAB generation).

Also, check with other users in Cache mode for the same issue. Check for link below.

I have nothing wronge about the MSExchangeAL

But what I notice that I have several users with their account is disabled and the exchange reporting that these users dont have a master SID

this is the only error regarding to users account and also there is no other error
the system is working fine .. but this is the problem
