How are you installing it?

On a current exchange server?

On its own web server?

Basicly you spin the Exchange CD and select OWA only stuff.

If you are doing it on its web server you need to put it to an Exchange server so it can do directory lookups.

Dont forget to install all Exchange SPs when doign this and any post SP4 hotfixes

I would not put my OWA on the DMZ

I would put it on the internal network and put ISA server on the DMZ - much easier to deal with.

Basic design build OWA server on internal network as described in my last post.

Setup your ISA server in the DMZ and configure it to forward your requests to the OWA server
