Is there any way by which we can enable "FROM" tab while composing new emails through Outlook Web Access

Unsupported i'm afraid.

You can open another mailbox from OWA and send from that though?

There has only been one 3rd-party add-in that was able to add this feature. It was called 'choosefromowa' (try searching for the name), but the author discontinued it since MS kept changing the OWA GUI, and that meant he had to keep updating it. You may still be able to get a copy, if you ask, but apart from that - there's nothing else. OWA can't do it by itself.
