Status: offline 		We are trying to use OWA 5.5 internally on our LAN. We have OWA installed on a Windows 2000 server with IIS 5.0. It is connecting to an Exchange 5.5 server running NT 4.0 sp6. We can get to the logon page. But it prompts the users 3 times for the username and password and then displays a blank page. Enabeled the users to log on locally to the IIS server but the same thing still happens... What is wrong with our IIS configuration???

Domain\username

notation withing the pop-up window/username prompt?

Give that a try.

Status: offline 		Yes I did try Domain\Username... Still is it not logging me on. The same thing happens. Type the username and password 3 times and then the blamk page is diaplayed.
Any other ideas???

And as a last restore, try a reinstall of Exchange on the OWA server.

Status: offline 		I have gone through the document twice and still the same thing happens. I get prompted to login 3 times and then the black page is displayed. Is there a step by step document anywhere for IIS 5.0? Instead of 3.0 and 4.0.

Status: offline 		That's actually the only document I'm aware of...and I didn't realize it was for IIS 3/4. Sorry about that.

I'd try a reinstall then since you're not having any success.

Let us know if you're able to fix.
