Hi,

Recently i have install Clean Exchange 2007 in windows Enterpirse edition 2003 i have also configured OWA but whenever i am login from any user i am getting below error. there is no connectivity between exchange 2003.

Is the anyone have an idea about this error.

Please let me know .. Thanks in Advance

"Outlook Web Access could not find a mailbox for ERDAS\nipesh. If the
problem continues, contact technical support for your organization and
tell them the following: The mailbox may be stored on a Microsoft
Exchange 2000 or Microsoft Exchange 2003 server, or the Active
Directory user account was created recently and has not yet replicated
to the Active Directory site where this Client Access server is
hosted. "

If your mailbox is in 2003 box or if you don't have mailbox in 2k7 then you will face this issue.
May be sp1 this will be rectified
It  is by design

i have already install SP2 for windows and SP1 for Exchange. but still its same problem..

Exchange 2007 with SP1?
do you have the link of SP1 from where did u downloaded it,

sorry it was my typing mistake... i mean the server was with sp1 i have install sp2... exchange 2007 i have not install any service pack...

pls is there any solution .. .i need to solve it badly ..

could u please tell me the exact topology you have
like how many exchange server you have, where is that user located and Os version

The Server is Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition with SP2. and Freshly i have install this server and Exchange 2007. users i have configured under Active Directory.

Its a fresh installation there is no connectivity with another server as of now.

pls try this step
Open a command prompt on your mailbox server : not the Exchange Management
Shell.
Thne Navigate to your Exchange 2007 CD.
Enter "setup.com /preparedomain" (excluding the quotation marks).

replicate it and check it out.
