According to the help provided within Exchange 2010 Outlook Web App, we should be seeing a link to import a CSV file for contacts.

Searching the webs provided no answers other than this is NOT available in Exchange 2010 aside from Office365 and Live@EDU.

Can anyone confirm? Is the the only option for a user to use a full fat Outlook client?

the cert needs to be imported into the phone before the activesync setup. this is true even ... Once you have logged into your OWA server on the device
