Hi All
I have installed Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 Ent box. Checked OWA all worked fine. Put McAfee Groupshield on and setup web page to administer Groupshield, also worked fine. I then setup OWA to use SSL. OWA with SSL worked fine but now I could not access my Groupshield page and got errors (ISAPI.DLL). I tried to add this in to IIS but still did not work, so I was not to worried about the Groupshield web interface, as long as my OWA worked. So I undid what I did in IIS (remove the isapi.dll I created). I can still log into OWA but now the page is in plain old html with no GUI. I have also removed the SSL function, but it is still the same.
Can anyone help me get my GUI bak please. The web view is as follows:-

I have exactly the same problem. This started happening after i install Perl GCI script. I been looking into security permissions but no luck. If anyone have any ideas, please share them.
Thank you.

This did however come from me deleting the /public virtual directory from IIS as it was not showing at all, and I was getting a service error.
It is not possible to remove the Public virtual folder from Exchange Manager however.
Having recreated the /public virtual folder, it can now be seen, but only as a normal browsed folder within IIS.

I still had the main site working, so I exported the /exchange virtual directory settings to an XML file, edited this file changing the source directory and directory names.
On creating a new virtual directory from file, I was told that there was already a folder with that name (even though I had deletec it) and was given the choice of creating a new directory, or simply overwriting the current one. I overwrote, and it now works fine.
The only thing that stood out in the process was that the XML file contains details of ACLs for the directory, but as this was a relatively new install, they should be identical. I shall have to check this to make sure though.
