Hi, All, I cannot be the only admin on the planet with this problem: when a user chooses to change his/her password before the expiration date, a page is presented which provides seperate boxes for the username and domain. Super. However, the more likely scenario is that the password has expired and must be changed, in which case a completely different page is displayed. On that page, the user must enter domainname\username -- there is no seperate box for the domain name, and no instruction that this form of the username must be entered. Drives the CEO nuts, and I don't blame him. This generates many service calls. I know this situation existed in Ex2K and I can't believe the nuts at M$ haven't corrected it in Ex2K3. Is there a quick and dirty fix for this? Anyone? Thanks for any assistance, Nick

Did you have any luck on a fix for this? I am having the same issue.. Once the password has expired and a user tries to login to OWA and are redirected to the change password page, the Username is automaticlly filled in as Dtrump, when in turn it wants domain\dtrump. Is there a way to automaticlly fill in the username with the correct format? Whats the fix as asked above?

I would like to find a fix for this too. I know that all the documentation I have read says the aexp.asp requires domain\username, but there has to be a better way.
