You may want to make sure that your site is a "trusted" site in your browser.
If it isn't you will get an error loading the messages in your actual inbox.
in IE : tools -> internet options -> security tab
Click on the trusted sites and add it.
or you can change the script security settings for the internet zone but I wouldn't recommend it.

Try this:
- On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer 6, click Internet Options.
- Click Languages, and then add the language that you are using.
- Close all of the browser windows that are open.

I have a similar scenario, but even more strange. IÆm running W2k, SP4 with Exchange 2003 original release (yet to apply SP1).
OWA works find for all users during normal business hour, but gets this "Loading..." message every day after hour. The placeholder images appear where the toolbar buttons and icons typically appear. Instead of ôusername/passwordö logon, it asks for ôôusername/password/domainö logon.
I'm not aware of any pre-scheduled tasks (except backup runs midnight), or time restriction on router or server. During the same period, the exchange server can be accessed from Internet through Terminal Service. OWA comes back working normal the next morning.
I went through MS KB 280823 as well as some article (http://www.winnetmag.com/MicrosoftExchangeOutlook/Article/ArticleID/43162/MicrosoftExchangeOutlook_43162.html), but didn't find any solution yet.
Can anybody share some light? Many thanks.

Hi,
same here. Running a W2k3 Server with Exchange 2003. A few users told me about problems that after Login its Loading .... Well, i cannot recover this problem, because if i logged in at home with this users account and pw its allright.
Strange ?!? I bymyself have never had problems with login at any places.

This fixed my problem. THere is an IIS cache on your computer that needs to be dumped. You also need to delete the temp files on the client side computer. please read this MS article and follow it. Do both the download and then the work around. THis has been kicking my butt for a week and has worked great! http://support.microsoft.com/?id=831464

I have fixed my problem. Follow an instruction in this link to modify your URLScan tool setting (already sent by Henrik above)http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;q309508 and make sure if your Exchange virtual directory use basic authentication. Then check your exchange server security policy to allow authenticated users to logon.
