We are not running the edge transport server role, we are using our Cisco ASA with the content security engine and Symantec Message Security for Exchange for securing our environment. We can open the attachment wiith outlook, however when the attachment arrives in OWA as an XLS file that contains XML data it allows the file to be opened but strips all of the content with a security warning that this attachment was removed becuase it contains data that could cause a security risk. This is the situation that is noted in KB 983200 however the "fix" does not work as SP1 and RU2 do not contain this value in the Web Config file. I have manually added the value and no joy, we are truly stuck.....
