I have an email in Question. My question is how can we tell if these came via OWA or straight from a computer within our Network.    I have the header of the message. I did a message tracker and that didnt give me any option.  Can we find that from the header of the message ?

Hardly... To Exchange it's all the same whether it comes in through a client or OWA.

Only real means would be if you have website logging switched on, and you check the timeframe where the message was sent. If it's not in the weblogs, it must've come from a client.
