I have Exchange 2000 server Sp1 and use Outlook 2000 client.
Is there a way to proxy another user's email within an OWA window to schedule appointments on their calendar for them?

We have certain people that only access via OWA because they rotate to different offices daily. They need access to a few users calendar to schedule appointments for them.

Thank you very much

You should be able to open another instance of IE and connect to OWA and login as the other person with their username/password.

I do not want the user to be able to log in as the person to proxy. Just see their calendar and schedule appointments.

Can this be done.

Thank you

Yes, in e2k sp2 when you schedule an appointment, you can invite attendees and then click the check schedule tab and it will tell you if they are available at that time.

Hi,
with Exchange 2000 you can define your folders as available to Delegates. The Delegates can have specific permissions, including reading but not writing, etc. You can access delegates from Options -> Delegates. You don't have to login and logout to do this. The permission has to be given by the person who owns the personal folder.
Good luck.
