Hello.
I have some Windows XP SP2 PCs that my users use to check email via Outlook Web Access 5.5.

The problem is that whenever I click the reply button in OWA nothing happens.

There is an article at microsoft.com that mentions a problem with the XP popup blocker that causes problems to OWA functionality.

This solution solved the problem in some PCs but... there are 2 XP SP2 PCs that although they have the popup blocker "turned off" the problem is not solved ("reply button is not working").

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

Have you also checked for 3rd Party popup blockers, (Google Toolbar etc..) Also, some Anti Spyware applications use popup blockers...

This would be the first place I would look..

I know this is very old post, but for anyone else with this problem, I tell my OWA users to hold the ctrl key when clicking on reply and all is well.
