Status: offline 		Hi I am using MS Exchange 2003 internal we use Web Access to access emails also when out side the company we access emails via OWA. It has been working for 3 years but last week some users cannot access their emails due to OWA not displaying the page properly it give an error message 'Error on Page' the icons don't show on the screen, when you click on Inbox nothing happens and it shows loading on the right hand side. How can I fix this problem, not all users have this problem.

Check the following things

Make sure that you have anonymopus authentication on Default web site.Try to browse Default web site and see f you get under construction.
Make sure the SSL is not checked on EXCHWEB Vdir. It hshould be on Anonymous Authenication.
See if you are able to browse any GIF file under Exchweb>IMG> .

Status: offline 		You mean I must try http://servername/exchweb I tried that I get Error Access Denied. I did check the Exchweb\ View folder it is anonymous with a tick on Read only. I can view the pic on IMG folder. what could be the problem? I did a screen dump for this error, how can I paste it here so that you guys can see how it look like.

Status: offline 		Most common causes of loading are misconfigured permissions in the IIS virtual directores or unsynchronized iwam and iuser accounts.
