I hope someone can help me, I am running an sbs 2008 environment, all users can use OWA remotely but one user from home only has MAC's.. today she is using her Ipad to check her email, while actively using owa(checking email, writing email) the program logs her out after 5 minutes, there is no inactivity it just logs her out.

this doesn't happen with any of the other 20+ users btu she is the only one I know of using an Ipad or a Mac Airbook(we are actively testing the Airbook to see if it does the same thing).

I originaly increased the timeout on the server thinking that was it, I then made sure she was logging in as a Private computer and not public but the problem won't go away.

the Ipad uses safari but I didn't think that was a problem.

any ideas would be great...
