We have a user whose OWA profile only displays the last 6 days of messages. All of our other users display all messages. I have combed every option in OWA and looked at various options in the user's mailbox properties in Exchange 2010. I cannot figure out what is causing this! Everything else seems to be working fine: calendar, contacts, etc. We don't use Outlook, only OWA.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Is it a rolling six days of messages or was it five days yesterday? Checked for filters and PST files on the Outlook client?

Just a couple of thoughts--Try using an EMS command to view account properties and compare with another working one:
Example: get-mailbox -Identify domain\user | fl
Also, if you have not checked rules and archiving options, they could also do this.

@Mark - Yes, it is a rolling 6 days (including current day.) So for example today shows messages dating back to July 8. Tomorrow it will show July 9 and later, etc.
@smithp5 - I ran that command against a known good user, and the only difference was in the parmeter "UMDtmfMap." The user with the issue has the property "reversePhone:xxxxxxxxxx" listed first in the properties, whereas the known good user had only emailAddress, lastNameFirstName, and firstNameLastName listed. I have no idea what that means exactly, and couldn't find much via google other than this:
UMDtmfMap Optional Microsoft.Exchange.Data.MultiValuedProperty
Use the UMDtmfMap parameter specifies if you want to create a user-defined DTMF map for the UM-enabled user.
There are no rules set up, archiving is disabled. There are no filters applied. We imported from PSTs during our migration from POP3 to Exchange 2010. I'm wondering if the mailbox itself might be corrupt? Not sure how to go about looking at that.

The filter view has been removed in OWA from Exchange 2007 and later. The only way to change it is to use the full Outlook 2007 client, configure it in Outlook 2010.
1. Select View
2. View Settings or use Reset View
3. Filter, turn off any filters.

Hi,
Open OWA in light mode and there comes a option of view folders like outbox and sync issues. try to find out if any other folders are there and then search for the messages in that folder.

I love to use outlook as it is the best and authentic way to manage multiple email addresses and just one clink email sent.
