hello,

i am having an issue with some users having to re authenticate after 3 or 4 actions inside their mailbox. they can login but after clicking on 3 or 4 emails or rules or public folders or calendar the user will have to login again and then the process starts all over again. anyone have any ideas??? These are all through owa and none have outlook locally...

Do those emails contain any image? Do you see a red X when you cancel the password promot?

no they do not have images in them and no i do not get a red x when i cancel. again this will make the users reauthenticate even if they just click on inbox, contacts, calendar several times not just on the emails
