I am configuring a new install of Exchange 2003. OWA stopped working this week. Now when attempting to login I get. "You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. Make sure your domain\user name and password are correct, and then try again."
Administrator OWA login works fine, but not for any other users. I have this problem locally, as well as through firewall.

I have been reading articles and forum messages all week. This group seemed to have the best info so I decided to try posting here. I don't know what else to check or do. I can't figure out what the problem is. I tried putting domain name in with user name. I put in the default domain name and realm in Authentication methods of default website in IIS.. I tried turning off forms based authentication, same problem. When I login without forms, the screen shows the proper domain name but doesn't allow me in. I rebooted server, Deleted exchange virtual directories and recreated them as stated in one of the articles. No ip address blocked in directory security.

I am running Exchange 2003, Windows Server 2003, IIS 6.0, Antigen, Certificate authority with my own non-trusted certificate. The last time I ran windows updates was about 3 weeks ago.I did NOT run any updates between the time it was working and the time it stopped working. It was working with the above configuration and stopped.
I would appreciate any help. Thank you all in advance.
