I installed E2k7 SP1 on my E2k7 servers today, and everything went fine.  All of my users are able to access and use the new features of OWA without any problems, except.... Myself.  I seem to be stuck in a pre-SP1 configuration.  I can't access the Public Folders button, I don't have the option to create rules, ect...  I have looked through everything I can find, as well as done a ton of searching online with no luck.  If anyone has seen this issue or knows what could be causing this, any help would be GREATLY appriciated.

Thank you!

Have you tried using a browser from another computer? Have you cleared your IE Cache...

Does this happen on the LAN or just when accessed from the Internet.

Yes.  Multiple computers, cleared my IE cache, and I have logged in with test accounts and had other people log in at all of the computers I have tested.  And it does it from the server, the LAN and the Internet.

Thanks for your reply a.grogan.

I tried moving it to another database, and back again, and that did not fix my problem.  I am at a complete loss.

Hiya Snapp, sorry for the delay in responding to you I have been giving this one a think. How many CAS servers do you have?
Also if you only have one - how many OWA /virtual directories are you using?
Do you make use of OWA segmentation?

Cheers

Hey a.grogan,

So I ran the "get-CasMailbox <your address> | fl " command on my exchange server, and within about 1 second, the problem jumped right out and hit me in the forehead.  Below is the problem.

OWARulesEnabled                       : False
OWAPublicFoldersEnabled               : False
OWASMimeEnabled                       : False
OWARecoverDeletedItemsEnabled         : False

I changed these settings and everything is working perfectly!

Thank you VERY much for your assistance...!!!
