Hi.
Am a newbie to Exchange 5.5, but am in need of assistance.
Basically, my users are getting the following error message:

Microsoft Exchange offline address book
0X8004010F

Also they get:

No free/busy information can be retrieved

Any ideas please?

How did you get into this situation? Has it ever worked? What changed when the problem first started?

I have the same issue over heren. We are part of a global email hub.
We had one mailserver and everything was working fine. Then we installed a second emailserver (all w2k with 5.5SP4). Still no Problem. We changed alle connections to the new server. Then we turned off the old server and we suddenly have issues with synchronising teh addressbook.

As a solution i removed the global addresslist and put in just the receipients of out site. Then i did generate all and got an error. People also get the error in their outlook.
