I'm about to upgrade an Exchange 2007 to 2013. But it tells my that I still have an old 2003 server in my domain,.
If I look in ADSI I have this

Can I delete that?

Status: offline 		Was this server a domain controller? If so you probably have to do a metadata cleanup job.
