I have Exchange Server 5.5, with Windows NT 4.0 Server as operating system and using Microsoft Outlook 2000 as e-mail client. Clients using Windows 98 as operating System.
Some users have multiple mailbox. What should I do to configure both the Exchange server and
Microsoft Outlook 2000..so that with only 1(one) connection and 1(one) login account, the user can access all of his/her mailboxes in Exhchange server? I tried to create more than 1 profile to each mailbox, but after I tried to connect to
Exchange server, the message displayed : " Unable to open your default e-mail folders. you do not have permission to log on".

What should I do? Thanks for the help

In exchange admin choose the option to show the permissions tab, then for each recipient set the relevant NT account permissions here

Once you have done what Tim has said, go back to the outlook client and you can add each mailbox as additions on the Exchange Service , under tools/services/exchange service (properties) - on the advanced tab
