I assume this is a very basic question. I will do my best to keep it simple.

I need to reroute incoming smpt mail for pop3 and imap and also to another mail server. I need to accept mail from almost any domain. How do I set up routing restrictions to bounce mail and prevent it from being relayed by my server?

There must be more information on setting up routing restrictions somewhere.
