Environment is Exchange 2010 SP1 & Outlook 2010 SP1. I have noticed lately that if I turn on my OOF, close outlook, then open Outlook, it can take up to 45 seconds for the yellow notification bar to pop up. I can reproduce this on all computers in my environment. It happens in both cached & online mode. I don't remember it taking this long. Has anyone else seen this?
