Hi everyone, hope somebody can't help me out with this one or point me in the right direction.

One of my users suddenly can't log into her Exchange 2000-mailbox. When opening Outlook she's prompted for her login credential with is supposed to be the same as for login into the domain. The user as logs into the window-domain without problems.

Can't any help me out here - I'm not an Exchange expert so I'm in big trouble here?

Hi, no you are not in big problems. Did you check if her account is logged out or if she got an expired password?

Yes, and tried changing her password and still the logon to the domain works without problems.

You prolly already did, but double/triple check that the accounts do indeed "match".

Consider killing both acounts and creating them from scratch as well....

dude, check your license manager. did you run out of them? Also, can she log on to her mailbox from another computer?

Hi all,

I am also facing the same problem for a quite long time. You try to configure the same mailbox on another computer it will work. Till now we have not get any solution than formatting the system. If anyone can help us.
