I'm having problem with my outlook 2010 lately. I can't open that anymore. Has anyone knows why?

Does it give you any errors when you try to open it?
Have you tried opening it in safe mode (from run command, type Outlook.exe /Safe)?

Its clear for the info that you have been using the Outlook 2010 before and now you are unable to access. Try starting outlook in the safe mode as it'll prevent various add-ins.

Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
Windows Vista and Windows 7
Start-> type; outlook.exe /safe
Windows 8
Start Screen-> type; outlook.exe /safe
(just start typing, a search box will automatically become visible)

When typing, please note the space between outlook.exe and /safe

Your Outlook pst file is corrupted so that you are unable to access your MS Outlook. Try scanpst.exe inbuilt tool for repairing your MS Outlook pst file if it fails to repair your Outlook pst file then use third party tools.
I would advice you to try Kernel for Outlook PST Repair Tool for repairing your pst file successfully.
