Hello, I am hoping I can be pointed in the right direction. Starting 2 weeks ago, a client of ours started having email issues for certain users. Outlook kept asking for credentials when opening. This is on Exchange 2010, and Outlook 2010-2013 depending on user. User would input password, but it wouldn't login. It took me awhile to figure out that I have to take away either the '@domain.com' or the 'DOMAIN\' and just use the name and then put password. Bam, it logged in. Not sure why it is doing that. However, when they re-opened outlook, outlook asked for password again. I again, logged them in, making sure that the box to remember credentials was checked. Still asked for credentials when re-opening outlook. I checked exchange. All seems fine. We can log in via mobile devices and owa externally. However, we have about 5 profiles that will not work. So I decided to create 3 different new profiles for 3 of the users. I then setup outlook, and it logs in JUST FINE. Everything works, no pop ups. SO I decided to check credentials manager, 1 profile didn't save credentials, so I added them. Didn't work. Rebooting, unlocking profiles, nothing works except the new profile that I created, outlook opens as it should. The other two profiles have the correct credentials in CM under user accounts. What am I missing here? Why can't I get the original profiles to work? Exchange reboot, Server reboot, PC reboot, unlocking of the profiles, nothing works. However, other users are fine. No issues. Authentication seems to be fine with them. So I cannot see how it is an authentication issue between Exchange and main server, unless I am missing something. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Me and another admin have have had no luck figuring this out.
