Hi. I am using Outlook 2003 and using Exchange settings. Here is the error I got when trying to connect and sync the OST.

Try disabling Cached Mode, and then delete the OST file off of the PC. Once you determine Outlook is functioning properly, re-enable Cached Mode. I also noticed in the error that there was not enough disk space. Double check that there is enough space for the OST. Also keep in mind the size of the mailbox. I know PST's have a 2GB limit, but I've always had problems with OST's once they reach 1 - 1 1/2 GB.
