I have seen a few posts recently about Outlook signatures, I found this website that has a very section on them which should most people out.

Just know that for every signature Outlook actually has three files associated with it. So if we have MySig, then that means MySig.txt, MySig.rtf and MySig.htm all exists in the following location:
%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures
